A beautifully and brilliantly executed movie! It might simply be John Abraham's and Nargis Fakri's best work. Excellent direction by Shoojit Sirkar. The screenplay, acting, direction, music and the plot were all amazing. It is a must-watch for history lovers. its not like the typical Bollywood masala movie. This is a no-nonsense, intense thriller. The storyline is captivating too and is based on real events leading to the assassination of our ex-Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Meanwhile, we are shown stark black-and-white photographs of heaps of bodies, and at times, close-ups of the victims of the war. Then there are the other manipulative cliches like the news of a soldier dying, given to his very pregnant wife.
