MADRAS CAFE

Image
A beautifully and brilliantly executed movie! It might simply be John Abraham's and Nargis Fakri's best work. Excellent direction by Shoojit Sirkar. The screenplay, acting, direction, music and the plot were all amazing. It is a must-watch for history lovers. its not like the typical Bollywood masala movie. This is a no-nonsense, intense thriller. The storyline is captivating too and is based on real events leading to the assassination of our ex-Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. Meanwhile, we are shown stark black-and-white photographs of heaps of bodies, and at times, close-ups of the victims of the war. Then there are the other manipulative cliches like the news of a soldier dying, given to his very pregnant wife. Vikram is kidnapped by the LTF, whose guerrilla tactics gives them an edge over every army. This is a fact told to us by the RAW Chief who sends in the army to rescue theirs? best boy?. And despite how impossible it is to reach the LTF, Vikram is rescued within no

ARTICLE 15

, Ayushmann Khurrana outshines as a cop.  With crisp editing and screenplay with a thick mustache and dressed like an Englishman, the actor justifies his character in every scene. Can watch the film with your family, friends and is for all age group "The State shall not discriminate on the basis of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth," states Article 15 in the Constitution of India. Scheduled tribes, other backward class, scheduled caste, and other castes, which are categorized as minorities in the country, consisting of 70 percent of India's population. Says who? Fate brings him to Lal gaon village in UP's Badaun. Anubhav Sinha has definitely won hearts with this film. While this crime/thriller will question you as the scenes proceed, the powerful dialogues will leave you startled. Brownie

DREAM GIRL

Image
Why do we reach out to other people? Why do men call anonymous women and pay for 'dirty' talk? Exploring a phenomenon that is quite common but rarely spoken about, Ayushmann Khurrana's “Dream Girl” is, above all things, a riot. Director Raj Shandaaliya who has seems to have found his strength: strong punchy dialogue mixed with a happening screenplay.  I won't be surprised if Dream Girl turns into a massive success.  the film is going to strike gold for many reasons the  first and the simplest reason is that Raj Shaandilyaa and writers Nirmaan D. Singh, Niket Pandey have turned a pretty unusual idea into a fun film.  Dream Girl is a modern irreverent tale that is not really social commentary but an enjoyable watch that sheds light on some pretty common social problems. It was terribly important for a film like Dream Girl to stay engaging because it was running the risk of being too preachy. Did it have the mandatory lecture at the end from the hero that ties all loos

once upon a time in Hollywood is a lucky day for today's generation to watch Tarantino's 3 hours worked in the theater  as its a ninth film  show the plot is set in 1950 in Los Angeles big names sharing screen which does not need slow motion intros or special attention because it's in a Tarantino's mind how to play with the emotions of the audience. The pattern of storytelling of Tarantino's work is a gift to Hollywood one of the old-time using different fonts and way to showcase the passage of time everyone is a hero heroine all-day play but does not make feel with scene like being sexy for no one and enjoying their own play on-screen to forgetting dialogues as an actor is a real thing to watch understand because Trentino knows how to play with audience emotions. a real gem for every person who really wants to know what storytelling techniques can make the audience attention in the entire movie some might not really understand at one watch might have to

ANGEL HAS FALLEN

Image
Gerard Butler boasts an engaging screen presence that can make even junky movies fun. Maybe it’s the fast angle   Either way, it works, especially in “Angel Has Fallen,” the latest entry in the actor’s franchise built around Mike Banning, a heroic Secret Service agent who continually bails the president out of life-threatening jams.  the character Mike in 2013’s “Olympus Has Fallen,” a genuinely effective seat grabbing action. Subtle it's not, but it will grab you: The film hits a  high point when the secretary of defense is dragged on the ground by terrorists while she's shouting the Pledge of Allegiance. “Angel” is never as over the top — or as good — as that movie, but it moves along at a quick clip and Mike remains the kind of old-school hero for whom it's easy to root.  Here, he's battling an addiction to opioids — ooh, how very today of the filmmakers — brought on by too many on-the-job injuries. Mike muses with an old friend (Danny Huston) about growing
